This role is for newly graduated Physical Therapists seeking mentorship and hands-on training within FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Manhattan. The position offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, individualized patient care, and comprehensive benefits in a supportive outpatient, home-based care environment. Candidates must have or be eligible for PT licensure, CPR certification, and a passion for patient-centered care to grow professionally in a nationally recognized rehabilitation organization.

Who We’re Looking For: 

A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in STATE

Graduate from an accredited PT program

Current CPR Certification

Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally

A passion for patient-centered care

Basic computer literacy

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
