Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department night shift position in Texas, requiring a TX or compact RN license and current CPI or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital setting
• Treat a diverse mix of emergency patients across all age groups and acuity levels
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care and rapid assessment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• All credentials must remain active and not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent emergency department RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC required
• Current CPI or equivalent certification (SAMA, MAB, ACPMA, or similar alternatives accepted)
• No employment gaps totaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
