SMART Physician Recruiting is looking for Anesthesiologists to work with a Private Practice Anesthesia group that serves a number of hospitals across New Jersey. The sites are located in Central, Coastal and Northern New Jersey.
This position comes with full benefits, various partnership track options with no buy-in, and is open to both new graduates and experienced, fellowship trained MDs. Call is optional, and compensation is based on both experience and whether or not a partnership track is selected. This is a new system for the group, and the ideal candidate will be an excellent team player that is eager to build strong relationships with the surgery staff and be part of a progressive group. Fellowship training is taken into account when considering compensation.
- Compensation: New graduates $300,000, without call. Higher compensation for experience/Fellowship training.
- Partnership track compensation differs.
- Cases: Regional, OB, B&B, Ortho, some Peds
- Benefits: Health Insurance, optional dental, CME reimbursement, Medical Malpractice Insurance
- ($1million/$3million), 401k contributions after 1 year, Hospital dues paidCall: Optional for more pay
- Partnership Track: Various options, but typically three years with no buy-in
- Start Date: ASAP
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
