They are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Employment Law Senior Attorney to join the team. This role is ideal for an experienced employment litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow alongside some of the top trial attorneys in the country.

Senior Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in employment law (plaintiff)
• Must submit writing samples as part of the application process

Preferred Background & Skills

• Trial or trial-preparation experience is required
• Comfortable working independently and managing high-volume caseloads
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Handle a robust caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
• Engage in aggressive litigation strategy with an eye toward trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team of paralegals, legal assistants, and litigation specialists
