What We Offer You
- Comprehensive Practice Model: Split between inpatient rounding (10 patients/day) and outpatient clinic care (up to 14 patients/day once ramped)
- Predictable Call Schedule: Call only 1 in every 5 weekends, shared across a supportive team of APPs
- Robust Training & Mentorship: Learn EP, stress testing, and procedures with mentorship and dedicated virtual scribes for documentation support
- Generous Compensation Package: $130,000 base salary plus bonus potential, 36 days of PTO annually, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and free tuition for family members at West Virginia University campuses
Who You Are
- Current Nurse Practitioner license, or ability to be licensed in West Virginia
- Prior cardiology or cardiac nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn EP and procedural skills
- Team-oriented mindset with interest in mentorship and growth
