Position Title: Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Lexington, KY
Pay Rate (Local): $50/hr.
Total Travel Package: $3,386/ week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*
· Taxable wages: $2,000.00
· Weekly lodging allowance: $826.00
· Weekly meals / incidentals: $560.00
Requirements:
- Must have ARRT License in KY before start (pending license ok)
- PALS required (ok to have before start if pending)
- Bachelor's degree preferred in biology, anatomy, physiology, or a related field • At least 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.
- ACLS/PALS per contract requirements.
- Current CPR if applicable
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists physicians with diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. Specializes in the care of patients undergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, EP devices and ablations. The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist functions as a technical resource and provides scrub assistance to cardiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.
