This position starts on Mar 23, 2026, and runs for 96 days, featuring up to 16 shifts per month of 24-hour call coverage (7a-7a) with 8 patient contact hours per shift. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care during assigned 24-hour call shifts
• Respond rapidly to emergent neonatal cases and deliver timely interventions
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with clinical standards
• Maintain a clean malpractice/background history throughout the assignment

Additional Information

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neonatology is required
• Must have an active Iowa medical license or active IMLC with LOQ at time of name clear
• Fellowship trained in Neonatology is required
• Clean malpractice/background history required (recent NPDB report needed)
