The Staff Psychiatrist evaluates and manages adult patients, coordinates utilization management, and oversees patient transitions through various levels of care. The role requires effective communication with agencies and individuals involved in patient treatment. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, be board certified or eligible in Psychiatry, and preferably have at least two years of post-residency experience.
