The Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) supports patient care unit management by assisting in planning, organizing, and directing daily operations while serving as a clinical leader and resource. The role involves staffing operating room cases, coordinating robotics system implementation and maintenance, and handling staff development and scheduling. It requires a BSN, nursing licensure, and experience in clinical leadership within a healthcare setting.
Job Description
The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.
A robotics coordinatorplans, implements, and maintains robotic systems by overseeing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring safety compliance, programming and training staff, and monitoring performance to improve productivity.
This RN will staff in OR cases 50% of the time with dedicated office time. This RN will also be responsible for call shifts.
This position requires a BSN. This position is scheduled 7 am until 3:15 pm Monday-Friday.
