TidalHealth is seeking a compassionate
Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join our Hospice and Palliative Care team. This role provides care for patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses across inpatient and outpatient settings, while also mentoring residents and fellows.
What You ll Do: - Deliver expert symptom management and individualized care plans
- Guide patients and families through goals-of-care discussions and advance directives
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care
- Educate residents, fellows, and team members in palliative principles
- Support patients and families with empathy, even in challenging situations
Compensation and Benefits: - Base Salary Range: $123,000 $157,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
What We re Looking For: - Licensed NP or PA in Maryland (or eligible at hire)
- Experience in hospice/palliative care preferred
- Strong communication skills and calm, empathetic presence
- Ability to manage complex care and family dynamics
- Flexibility to work across inpatient/outpatient settings and multiple locations
