Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunity Near Belleview, Florida We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment at a respected facility near Belleview, Florida. This position offers an excellent pay rate, a collaborative and supportive team environment, and the opportunity to manage a diverse and challenging surgical caseload. Key Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for various surgical procedures, including cardiac, general, orthopedic, and trauma cases. Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Accurately document patient care using the Medixacon EMR system. Qualifications Active Florida CRNA license Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS NBCRNA certification in good standing No malpractice history or disciplinary issues Position Details Start Date: July 1, 2025 Schedule: Monday through Friday with shift options of 8, 10, or 12 hours No weekend or on-call requirements Minimum of 10 shifts per month, split evenly between cardiac and general cases Application Requirements Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility Participate in a call or Zoom interview with the Site Medical Director Submit the following documentation: NPDB self-query report Completed disclosure form Current CV Completed skills checklist About the Facility This 221-bed acute care hospital is a designated Level II trauma center with advanced capabilities in cardiovascular care, orthopedic and spine surgery, and robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
