Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuroscience Med/Surg night shift position requiring a MO or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neurology-Neuroscience unit within a hospital setting
• Care for neurological patients on a Med/Surg unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with 4 shifts per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles may have different contract terms
• Local subcontractors may only complete 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year break or reassignment is required

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent Neuroscience or Neurology Med/Surg RN experience required
• Certifications must remain valid for at least 30 days from assignment start or proof of scheduled renewal must be provided
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number is required
• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months
