Job Summary and Responsibilities Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join our PM&R service in Lufkin, TX. Lufkin is a lively, growing, and energetic community with many amenities.

Position Highlights:
- Practice alongside an experienced PM&R physician in the only acute care rehab hospital in the area.
- Position entails a mix of seeing hospital patients as well as patients in office.
- Traditional Monday through Friday schedule, with alternating weekend coverage.
- Experience with EMG/nerve conduction studies, therapeutic botox injections, and medical acupuncture, etc.
- Epic EMR
- Pain management experience will be considered

Job Requirements- MD or DO
- Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
