Internship for juniors/seniors in Mining Engineering or Geology to support quarry/aggregate site operations and plant production goals through field and office work. Responsibilities include assisting engineers and managers on technical projects, learning production, maintenance, and quality functions, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Role involves physical fieldwork, PPE use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and compensation of $23–$27/hr.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Put your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work.
- Support the plant operations in achieving production goals while partnering with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees in different departments.
- Complete technical projects to gain an understanding of the operations of a quarry or aggregate site.
- Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, and quality departments and different job and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Work Environment:
- Combination of office and field work.
- Exposure to various weather conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform manual labor tasks as needed.
