Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU night shift position requiring an active MO or compact license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Neuro Trauma Intermediate Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Night shift position with scheduled hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Patient population includes neuro trauma cases requiring intermediate care
- 13-week contract assignment
- Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
- Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible with alternate contract terms and pay rules
- Subcontractor staff living within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week local contracts before a required 1-year break or transfer
- Blocked scheduling may be permitted based on facility needs
Requirements
- Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum 1 year of recent specialty experience in neuro trauma or intermediate PCU
- Current certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is scheduled
- A valid U.S. Social Security Number is required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
