Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. * * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * * **Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.** **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract Med Surg patients 1:5 RATIOS Med Surg RN-Post OR Recovery Patients Float as needed within scope BLS • specific patient types/diagnoses oncology med/surg overflow • how much experience they are wanting 1 year o if they want specific oncology experience for this floor no o how many years of experience they require o ok with first time travelers yes o • for the charge- is this experience required, if so how long at least 1 year • what types of RT equipment they have on this floor we should be good. nasal cannula
