Work Experience:
Evaluates, selects, performs and/or directs assistance in educational, vocational and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients, upon physician’s referral. Works with family and health team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals Education:
Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association License: Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current CPR certification required Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
