Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our partnered long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Northern Illinois. This facility is a not-for-profit rehabilitation center for young adults with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological disorders.

Position DetailsContract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Day OR night shift
Hours: 3x12s, 36 hours/week
Setting: LTC / Rehab – Neuro & Complex Care
Compensation:$2,260 per week
Start Date: ASAP or upon credentialing
Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, patient-centered care to young adults with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological disorders.
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress toward rehabilitation goals.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per provider orders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab teams (PT, OT, SLP, respiratory, behavioral health).
Support functional recovery with long-term, independence-focused care planning.
Maintain safety, compliance, and state/federal regulatory standards.
Education & Certification RequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license (Illinois or compact).
Minimum 1 year of RN experience—neuro, TBI/SCI, rehab, or LTC experience preferred.
Current BLS certification (AHA).
Excellent clinical assessment, teamwork, and documentation skills.
