Clinical responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, managing chronic medical conditions prevalent in elderly populations, providing preventive healthcare services, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. The clinician will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a 40-hour weekly schedule with no call requirements, maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with full MD support staff including physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and registered nurses to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes within the long-term care hospital framework.
