Overview:- In-person
- San Marcos
- M-F, Full Time
- Pay Range: $30 - $35
- Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:- Manage the care of a 1x1 student with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, Trachs/Vents, G-tubes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
- Maintain accurate and confidential health record
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:- CA state nursing license
- Must Be Okay With Trachs
- CPR/BLS certification
- Current negative TB result
