Job Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of a Nurse Practitioner.
- Enroll patients in research studies.
- Manage call coverage as required.
- Primarily work in an inpatient setting with some outpatient coverage.
- Document patient interactions using the EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
- Active Virginia medical license - REQUIRED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - REQUIRED
- Clean background check is required; NPDB submission needed for verification - REQUIRED
- Provider must be local; only mileage will be reimbursed - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
