- Collaborate with emergency registered nurses, health unit coordinators, and other medical professionals.
- Manage and oversee patient care alongside advanced practice providers available from 10 AM to 10 PM.
- Assure high levels of patient and family-centered care in a secure and supportive environment.
- NH License in hand required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Comfortable working in an ER setting with mostly level 3 acuity cases
- 24-hour shifts, primarily nights (9:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
- Support available for extended hours with APPs
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills in emergency care settings
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills apt for a fast-paced environment
- Apt in providing compassionate and family-centered care
