We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Nurse Practitioner to join a busy interventional physiatry practice in Eastern South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a nationally recognized leader in interventional spine and pain management , supporting both clinical and procedural care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient histories, physicals, and follow-up visits
- Assist with advanced interventional procedures (spine, nerve, and joint)
- Coordinate pre- and post-procedure care
- Manage patient communications and education
- Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and billing
Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina PA license (or eligibility)
- Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
- 2+ years of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or another procedural specialty preferred (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Ability to manage patients independently and support procedural workflows
- Prior exposure to interventional joint and/or spine procedures is strongly valued
- Strong communication skills and patient relationship management
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a high-volume practice
Operational Overview:
- 100% outpatient practice
- Office hours: Monday-Thursday (8 am-5 pm), Friday (8 am-12 pm)
- Dedicated interventional spine nurses and experienced authorization team for support
- EMR: Cerner
