A Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift in Queens, NY.

We are offering a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for RN Supervisors

Full-Time and Part-Time availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff

• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and families

• Provide guidance and information to residents and team members

• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to policies and regulations

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in resident records and documentation

• Promote effective communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals

• Manage and review care documentation and service records

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State requirement)

• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency
