Position Highlights Position Type: Locum Tenens Radiologist Geographic Location: Northern Pennsylvania Schedule: Full-time with day, night, and weekend shifts available Flexible shift options, including: 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Coverage: Scheduled with no on-call requirements Remote Availability: Yes Responsibilities General Radiology: Primary coverage for routine imaging and emergency department imaging needs, including: X-rays CT scans MRIs Ultrasound and Sonography (experience preferred but not mandatory) Modality Breakdown: X-rays: 39% CT: 18% MRI: 6% Ultrasound: 10% Additional imaging (BD, MA, IR, PET, NM): Varied as per demand Practice Setting: Focus on outpatient (60%) and emergency department (27%) imaging needs, with some inpatient requirements (13%). Technology and Systems EMR System: Meditech PACS: Intelerad Voice Recognition: Fluency Compensation Travel and Lodging: Provided for on-site coverage Requirements Board Certification: Required State Licensure: Valid licensure for the state of Pennsylvania, with an option to obtain licensure if needed Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 4-6 weeks Interview Process: Initial name clearance followed by CV review and, if necessary, a virtual interview.
