We're seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to join our team! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on behavior, preferences, and reinforcement
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
• Registration as a Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
• Flexibility to work part-time and full-time schedules
