We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. Ideal for radiologists with fellowship training or significant experience in body imaging.

Assignment Overview:

• Start date: As soon as credentialed

• Ongoing coverage needed to support recruitment efforts

• Hospital-based setting supporting multiple sites

• Open to remote readers (must be fellowship-trained in body imaging or have equivalent experience)

• Flexible call participation negotiable based on candidate preference

• Credentialing estimated at approximately 3 months

Case Mix Includes:

• CT (approx. /day)

• Ultrasound (approx. 60/day)

• X-ray (approx. 100/day)

• Body MRI

• No pediatric reads required

Practice Environment:

• Academic and community hospital settings

• Fully integrated systems: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACS

• Trauma Levels I & II

• Teleradiology infrastructure in place

• Collaborative group of over 40 radiologists

Travel & Logistics:

• Standard travel arrangements available for on-site locums

• Local providers preferred; remote providers welcome but not eligible for travel reimbursement

• Parking reimbursement for local on-site candidates

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Radiology

• Fellowship trained in Body Imaging (required)

• Active Iowa medical license

• BLS certification required
