a. up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate.

Certifications: PREFERRED certification is ASCP certified as a medical laboratory scientist. Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification, through ASCP or equivalent.
