• Credentialing: 60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified EM or FP. If Board Eligible must have 2 years EM or Urgent Care experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS and PALS
• Licensure: Oklahoma State License or hold compact license and obtain Oklahoma license
