Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Preferred Education: -Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association.
