This Physician Pathways Program offers final-year Family or Internal Medicine residents a paid mentorship to transition smoothly into primary care practice in Arizona. Participants receive mentorship, exposure to value-based care, and support within a collaborative, clinician-led healthcare organization. The program emphasizes professional growth, population health initiatives, and a virtual, flexible commitment structure.

- M.D. or D.O.
- About to start or currently in your final year of a US-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Desire to practice outpatient primary care within the state of Arizona
