Supplemental Health Care is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner in Modesto, CA for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic. Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner Contract Details
- $90 - $95 an hour*
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- Shift: Monday - Friday / Days / 40 hours
- Must be willing to float to nearby locations
- Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Qualifications:
-Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
- BLS
- DEA
- Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
- DOT certification is preferred
