The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the retail and warehouse operations for a contractor supply distributor in San Jose, CA, requiring fluency in Spanish and strong leadership skills. Our client is a contractor supply distributor looking for a Spanish Speaking Store Manager for their retail location in San Jose, CA. We're looking for a high-energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, highly likable, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
Store hours are Mon-Sat 6:30 am – 4pm. Store Manager will be required to work every other Saturday.
Store Manager Salary and benefits:
- Salary of $90 – 100k with $2k Signing Bonus!

Store Manager Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- 3+ years of Store Manager Experience or 5+ years in an Assistant Store Manager role
- Experience with managing a budget including labor, and team sales goals
- Ability to manage all aspects of the property including warehouse, retail floor and company vehicles.
- Ability to work in the warehouse including operation of forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
Store Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the store and warehouse including inventory controls
- Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Fostering a customer-first environment
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors
- Monitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets (weekly and monthly) and exceed store sales and margin goals
