Neonatal NP/PA Opportunity Level III NICU Central Valley, CA

Location: Near Madera, CA (No locals within 100 miles)

Start Date: October 1, 2025

Schedule: 12-hour shifts Days, Nights, or Rotating shifts/month preferred

Shift Times: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Setting: 3 local hospitals, majority of coverage at main Level III NICU site

Position Highlights:

• High acuity NICU care must have 1+ year Level III NICU experience (Level IV preferred)
• Hands-on procedures: intubation, chest tubes, UA/UV lines, resuscitation
• Independent providers preferred
• No call required

Requirements:

• NP or PA with NICU experience
• Open to non-CA licensed candidates (CA license preferred)
• Willing to license for the right candidate
• Quick interviews with NICU Director
• Credentialing: approximately 60 days; temporary privileges under consideration
