We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who enjoys owning relationships, managing a strong book of business, and playing a hands-on role in an agency that values service, trust, and growth. What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a core member of the commercial service team, partnering closely with Producers and clients while managing accounts from start to finish.

• Own and manage a commercial lines book of business with a strong renewal focus

• Handle endorsements, policy changes, and daily service requests

• Quote, rate, and present commercial insurance solutions tailored to client needs

• Build long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners

• Proactively resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold agency best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida 220 or 440 insurance license

• 3 or more years of commercial lines insurance experience

• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Comfortable using modern agency systems and technology
