- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or acute care setting
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
- Active Hawaii State Pharmacy Technician Registration (required)
- Certificate of completion from one of the following:
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), or
- American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)–accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program
- OR at least 3 months of work experience as a Pharmacy Technician (may substitute for education requirement)
- Current PTCB certification preferred
