Position: Full-Time Nocturnist

The Role:
- Shifts: Work a manageable schedule with shifts ranging from 3 to 10 days in a row (because we all know consistency is key, but flexibility is your secret weapon).
- Team: You ll be supported by up to 5 providers per shift, so you re never flying solo.
- Responsibilities: Admissions, Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls, and codes. Don t worry our support staff is so good, it ll feel like you ve got a whole crew of superheroes behind you.
- Procedures: Optional (but if you re into that, we won t stop you).
- Workload: Balanced. No burnout here. Just solid care and solid colleagues.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary starting at $270K for those with 0-2 years of experience. Plus, increases based on experience because we know your value.

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Valid NYS Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (your qualifications are what we re looking for, but a good sense of humor wouldn t hurt).
