StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Types of cases: General Hematology - Oncology cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications required: Board Certification, Fellowship preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure required: Active Washington license
