A fellowship-trained Cardiology Electrophysiology Physician providing comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology care including pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, as well as advanced ablation procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves academic teaching and mentorship of residents and fellows at a leading heart rhythm institute within a multisite teaching hospital, supporting high-acuity cardiac and stroke care. This position combines advanced clinical work, academic involvement, and leadership opportunity-ideal for a motivated EP specialist ready to grow within a collaborative and well-supported environment.Position Highlights:
- Full-time, employed EP opportunity
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Shared call (2:1 ratio) with another EP
- Travel between multiple practice locations
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiac EP care
- Supported by a highly skilled clinical and administrative team
- Full range of EP procedures: pacemaker/defibrillator implants, left- and right-sided ablations
- APP support for inpatient rounding
- Work alongside experienced EP physicians, CVT surgeons, and subspecialists
- Strong referral streams and robust patient volume
- Engage in care at a Level I Trauma Center with advanced cardiac and stroke programs
- Teaching and mentorship involvement with 200+ residents and 30 fellows
- Potential for leadership within the EP program
- Participate in high-acuity, multidisciplinary care settings
- Teaching hospital with research and clinical education resources
- Current EMR: Cerner
- Transition to Epic planned for late 2025-early 2026
