Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Texas requiring an active TX or compact state license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Med/Surg unit of a hospital setting
- Patient population includes a broad range of medical and surgical cases
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit on night shifts
- Maintain required documentation and collaborate with the care team
- First time travelers may apply
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg nursing experience
- Valid AHA or ARC BLS certification that does not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- No work history gap of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
