Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist (CT Tech) to join a healthcare facility in Chico, CA. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams
• Administer contrast media in accordance with protocols
• Ensure image quality and accuracy for diagnostic interpretation
• Monitor patients for reactions to contrast and respond to emergencies
• Maintain and operate CT equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in EMR/PACS systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification (RT/CT)
• Active California state radiologic technologist license
• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
