We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Dealership Parts Delivery Driver to manage the pickup and delivery of parts and equipment in Devon, PA. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional appearance and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable navigating daily routes and interacting with dealership staff and wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely deliver and pick up parts, equipment, and supplies to customers, wholesale accounts, satellite stores, and vendors
- Confirm all invoices match purchase orders and collect payments as required
- Maintain a daily delivery log, ensuring all deliveries are documented with recipient signatures
- Coordinate with parts and body shop staff to identify immediate needs and delivery priorities
- Perform daily truck maintenance tasks (fueling, oil checks, cleanliness) and report repair needs
- Assist in stocking, posting, and organizing incoming parts orders
- Support the service department by transporting customer vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Return all undelivered items and complete paperwork at the end of each shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor
Work Environment & Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift and transport parts throughout the day
- Role includes indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Ability to handle repetitive movement and occasional heavy lifting
