OFF EVERY 3RD WEEK - Breast Imaging Radiologist needed at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC
UNC Health is currently seeking full-time Breast Imaging Radiologists to work at UNC Health - Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC- only 1 hour from Raleigh and The Triangle area.
This position will be a dedicated Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist and should be fellowship training or have extensive experience in breast imaging. The specialist will focus on the interpretation of breast imaging studies, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, as well as perform image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations.
Position Information:
- We are recruiting for multiple radiologists to join the team at UNC Health Nash, including Interventional Radiologists, Diagnostic/Procedural Radiologists & Breast Imaging Radiologists.
- Will perform procedures in the radiology department, as well as outpatient work.
Work Schedule:
- Wk 1 - M-F 8a-4p (Primary Mammo - 1 day screening + diag; 4 days procedure and diag)
- Wk 2 - M-F 1 0a-6p (Secondary Mammo - screening + stereotactic biopsies + MR guided breast biopsy AND coverage of weekly breast tumor board on Wednesdays)
- Wk 3 - OFF
All work 100% onsite and 100% breast, NO diagnostic
