In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered, comprehensive therapy services aimed at improving clients' quality of life. Our Occupational Therapists play a crucial role in our integrated healthcare delivery model, which includes inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice care. You will assess patients' needs, devise individual treatment plans, and facilitate rehabilitative services that help patients regain or improve their ability to perform day-to-day activities.
