Part-time After School Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one ABA therapy and supervises RBTs in a clinic setting, implements behavior plans, collects data, and develops teaching materials. Role includes administrative lead duties for the social skills program, coordination with BCBA, parent communication, and basic client care during after-school hours. Requires active RBT certification, at least one year of experience, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to meet physical demands; schedule Mon–Fri 2:30–6:00 PM in Jackson, NJ.

Join Us as an After School Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Part Time)
The After School Lead RBT works alongside new employees to assist with any questions newer BTs/RBTs may have to provide a complete and beneficial experience to families and clients.
What You'll Do:
Complete administrative tasks pertained to Lead role including preparing daily activities for social skills program
Report to the Center Administrator
RBTs provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD.
Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
Conduct stimulus preference assessments.
Collect data using Central Reach
Maintain client's program book.
Develop/create teaching materials.
Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)
Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers.
Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists.
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients.
Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education.
Central Reach experience is preferred
Other Duties
Oversee RBTs in clinic setting to ensure quality of care
What You'll Need
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid/unexpired RBT Certification is required
At least one year with an Active RBT Certification
Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week.
To complete the physical demands of the job (frequently sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
Work Location & Hours:
This is a part-time position based in our Jackson, NJ EI Center. The hours for this position, Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm (17.5 hours).

Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour while delivering ABA Services. While doing Administrative duties, you will earn $20.00 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
