Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions.
- Triage patients efficiently, prioritize care, and manage patient flow during night shifts (hours: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM 8:00 AM).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, technicians, and other healthcare providers, to deliver seamless patient care.
- Make rapid, accurate clinical decisions and document patient encounters thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and licensing regulations.
- Demonstrate supervision and leadership where required, mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
