We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider for a consistent, long-term outpatient assignment starting in April 2026 . This role offers a highly desirable work-life balance with a standard weekday schedule and no after-hours requirements.

• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
• Coverage Type:Clinic Only (No Call, No Nights, No Weekends)
• Term: Minimum commitment of 3 6 months is preferred.

• Patient Population: Family Medicine (All ages)
• EMR: Epic
• Compliance: Act 10 allowable.

Candidate Requirements

• Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) State License.
• Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE).
• Life Support: Active BLS certification.
• Credentialing: 90-day timeline.
