Required Qualifications:

- Two years' rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education: Preferred
- Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred
License / Certification:- Occupational Therapy Assistant: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
- Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA): Required
Shift Notes: Days. 8 Hours X 5 Days.
