$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible positions and eligible rehires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility.
