Join a focused diabetes practice with 85% clinical time on Type 1 & Type 2 care. Endocrinologist role in Central Massachusetts (≈1 hour from Boston). Permanent, full-time daytime schedule (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm). Panel: ~25 pts/day; 40‑min new visits, 20‑min follow-ups. No call. Onsite full lab, thyroid biopsy capability, insulin pump management. EMR: Allscripts. Team: 1 endocrinologist, 1 NP, diabetic educator. - MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology - Active MA medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, insulin pumps - Proficient with Allscripts EMR - Ability to perform thyroid biopsies (preferred)
